Package Pick Up fees will not be charged for packages sent through campus mail for delivery to UPS. Please complete a UPS transaction card for each package to be delivered.

Please note UPS will deliver only to street addresses and not to P.O., A.P.O., or F.P.O. boxes.

Rates

UPS fees can be found using the Quick Cost Calculator on the UPS Web site.

International Deliveries

Packages sent to international destinations (outside of the United States) must be accompanied by a completed Waybill, original invoice, and two copies of the original invoice. These forms may be obtained from UMS.

All international deliveries must have a destination telephone number, complete street address, and postal code of the destination country.

Size and Weight Guidelines

Packages may be placed in campus mail for delivery to UPS. However, they must meet UPS size and weight guidelines.

  • Packages must not exceed 150 pounds in weight
  • The maximum length per package is 108 inches
  • The maximum size per package is 130 inches in length and girth

A minimum charge, equal to the charge for a package weighing 30 pounds, will be assessed for a package measuring over 84 inches in length and girth combined.

If the dimensional weight of a package measuring one cubic foot exceed the actual weight, the dimensional weight will be used to assess the package charge.

Second Day Air (a.m.) or Second Day Letter containing a "letter" are limited to 10 ounces.

Please contact University Mail Services at 231-6909 if you have additional questions regarding size and weight guidelines for packages.
