If you have an occasional need for a pickup in the afternoon, Mail Services will provide a Courtesy Mail Courier.
To ensure we can answer requests on the same day, you must call 231-6909 before 1 p.m. Additionally, we will only be able to book a request within 24 hours of the pickup time.
Mail can also be dropped at the Virginia Tech Post Office on Main Street by 2:30 p.m. in order to be processed that day.
